Strategy, like the Ocean, can be vast and deep or a wave, but it is always essential.  Now, more than ever, a sustainable organizational strategy driven by Systems Thinking Leadership and supported by Information Technology is critical.

To effectively execute a Sustainable Strategy requires Servant,  Visionary, and Operational Leadership, built on a framework that facilitates:

  1. Communications
  2. Collaboration
  3. Coordination

COLLABORATIVE TOOLS AND RESOURCES FOR MISSION EXECUTION

Products and Services

We offer a variety of tools and services to help our clients develop and execute sustainable strategies that include all stakeholders - customers, employees, funders, suppliers, and communities.

Our tools effectively tackle both the technical (technology) and interpersonal (culture) facets of strategy execution. They encompass collaboration and coordination tools designed for mobile, desktop, and cloud services. Clients have the flexibility to select between Microsoft and Google cloud infrastructure, and we can seamlessly integrate their preferred applications for project, process, and knowledge management.

We are confident that the ongoing investments in and emphasis on Artificial Intelligence can provide a significant advantage for our target market.

Focus

Our primary emphasis is on small and medium-sized non-profit and community organizations. We recognize a genuine necessity to implement process and project design, enhanced by modern information technology, to tackle the pressing challenges that many smaller organizations have traditionally deferred to government agencies and larger corporations.

Our SIX Keys to Sustainable Organization Systems

  1. System Thinking Leadership
  2. Shared Aligning Vision
  3. Effective Communications, Collaboration, and Coordination Systems
  4. Efficient Processes or Workflows
  5. Willing and Able Staff and Volunteers
  6. Balanced Measures (Financial, Stakeholder Satisfaction, Internal Efficiency, Learning and Growth)

Collaboration Model

Our approach centers on collaborating with related partners instead of following conventional consulting and coaching projects or assignments. We will engage with leaders to identify their specific pain points and priorities, subsequently applying our models accordingly.

Our engagement model draws inspiration from Goldratt's Theory of Constraints and FranklinCovey's 4 Disciplines of Execution. We incorporate insights from the works of:

  • Edwards Deming,
  • Stephen Covey,
  • Eliyahu Goldratt,  and
  • Peter Senge.

Our collaborators have assisted individuals and organizations in defining and fulfilling their missions, visions, values, and strategies. We have worked with various large and small companies and government agencies. Our assignments have ranged from day-long training workshops to multi-year system implementations.
